SMART BOARD

SMART boards come in various sizes and can be wall mounted or used on a stand. One of the major features of smart boards compared to other interactive devices are the pens and rubber tools, which are held at the bottom of the board. Basic coloured pens are black, red, blue and green, although through the use of smart boards software you can select alternatives.

ACTIV BOARD

Used in varying levels of education the Promethean board is very much like other boards in regards of its basic functionality. They come in varying sizes and can be wall mounted or used on a stand. The board itself is programmed to only respond when using a promethean pen which means that even if you have a lot of people surrounding a board, only the person with the pen can control what happens.
