We have many years experience in supporting primary educational establishments and know how important it is to start a childs learning process. Here at EdIT we will work along side your school and plan the right path to take in introducing and teaching IT to our next generation. Not only can we help you in deciding what equipment and resources will work best in the school environment, but we can also support every IT component on site ensuring a smooth running term by term for your staff and children. 

We can provide your school with a Microsoft trained engineer on a weekly basis to support you in managing and resolving your outstanding technical issues. As well as the knowledge base your technician will have, there is also the wider EdIT group to support any task that needs to be undertaken to ensure the most rapid resolution possible. While on site our engineers will also focus on checking all server status’ for network reliability. This will include things such as your hardware capacity, backups, Windows updates and Anti-Virus. Reports are uploaded to the central EdIT systems on each visit for reference and a history of your sites status.

For when you engineer is not on site you will never feel that you don’t have anyone to turn to in a crisis. Our helpdesk is manned from 0800 through to 1600 every term time day to ensure the fastest possible response. In addition to this, we will also have the required networking tools to be able to remotely control any device under our remit. This mean a lot of jobs that would normally have to wait for a technical visit can be done almost instantly, including software installations, software updates, configuration changes, fault finding and much more.

Your school will receive a dedicated account manager. Your dedicated account manager will be available for you to contact for advice on any of our services or if you have any requirements that do not fall under any of our services listed. EdIT pride ourselves on being a flexible and pro-active organisation and your account manager will ensure all of your needs and queries are met. In addition the account manager will ensure they visit you on a termly basis to make sure everything is going well between the School and EdIT and also highlight any new products or services EdIT can provide.
